Synchronous Motor "SYM50 Series"

Output shaft rotation speed, output shaft shape, and code specifications can be customized! Introduction to synchronous motors.

The "SYM50 series" is a motor that rotates in sync with the frequency of the power supply used. It has a built-in reduction gear to accommodate various requirements for output shaft rotation speed. Customization is also possible for output shaft rotation speed, output shaft shape, and code specifications. It excels in responsiveness during startup and shutdown, and we offer a lineup that supports power supply voltages ranging from 110VAC to 240VAC, suitable not only for domestic use in Japan but also for equipment intended for overseas markets. 【Lineup】 ■SYM50-016 ■SYM50-021 ■SYM50-024 ■SYM50-401 ■SYM50-402 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Synchronous Motor PTM Series

The frequency-synchronized motor is not affected by voltage fluctuations or load variations!

A synchronous motor is a frequency-synchronized motor. If the power supply frequency is constant, it rotates at a constant speed (synchronous speed) and is not affected by voltage fluctuations or load variations. It is protected by impedance. Except for some parts, the coils used in NPM synchronous motors have a high resistance value, preventing excessive current from flowing through the coils. This means that it can prevent coil burnout. Since it is an AC motor, it simply rotates when the power supply is connected, and no control circuit is required. It uses permanent magnets in the rotor, which provides excellent responsiveness during startup and shutdown. It starts and stops simultaneously with the power ON/OFF. Ultra-low-speed synchronous motor SMK series

A synchronous motor capable of low-speed operation with only a capacitor.

The ultra-low-speed synchronous motor rotates at low speeds synchronized with the power supply frequency. The speed does not change even if the load fluctuates.

Synchronous motor

Built-in reduction gear! It can accommodate various rotation speeds, eliminating the need for external multi-stage gears.

The "synchronous motor" utilizes the rotating magnetic field of the stator powered by an AC power source to rotate a rotor, which is a small permanent magnet. Since it can directly use commercial power sources, the control system becomes inexpensive. It is a motor suitable for applications that simply require rotation. During overload, it experiences a loss of synchronization phenomenon, and there is no significant change in current. Because the driving power source is a sine wave, the rotor rotates due to inertial force, resulting in smooth switching of driving power, quiet operation, and low vibration. 【Features】 ■ No driving circuit required ■ No contact elements needed, long lifespan ■ Minimal current fluctuations due to external loads ■ Compatible with various rotational speeds, no external multi-stage gears required *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
